- June 20, 1998- Coastal America YOTO Lecture Series and the New York Aquarium for Wildlife Conservation feature world renowned scientist and author Dr. Sylvia Earle, Dr. Carl Safina from the Living Oceans Program/National Audubon Society, Dr. Ellen Pikitch from the Wildlife Conservation Society, and Northeast underwater photographer Peter Nawrocky. A tour, reception, and book signing are included in this event, with proceeds benefitting the Aquarium's Education Department.
