Leopard shark - Triakis semifasciata
- Living in the northeastern Pacific Ocean near the
bottom, females may reach a length of about 7 feet, but males only grow to 5 feet.
The markings are distinctive: black crossbars and blotches on a pale brown or gray
background. It is frequently on display in public aquaria.
